After a bit of checking, it seemed my micro hdmi adapter wasn't working as expected and put the 400 at a higher res than the 4, which caused the slow down
at the same res the project runs at the same fps, despite the fater cpu....

any ideas why?


Cos its the GPU thats doing most of the work, and its the same speed. which again highlights the need to write efficient shaders and use the GPU well.

no it really was the adapter, it also didn't work on my 2 standard Pi4's a bought a new one and its good as gold now..

its quite handy to have cos now I can force emulate working on a small 7 or 10"panel as it only goes up to 1280 with that adaptor Big Grin
