Raspberry Pi 4 is different, book code won't work!

Yeah the RPi4 is a very traditional Linux system, unlike its younger siblings, which have broadcom Dispmanx graphic systems, so anything that runs on a standard X11 linux will work with Rpi4.

Which is ok, apart from losing the scaling trick that the old Pi's have, but I now have the ability to change res on full screen displays so I can get my Rpi4 running about 50% faster than the 3B+ on the same 1080/2 screen res.

I'm also trying to investigate some faster methods of creating GPU buffers, but I'm snowed under with some personal pressure and work issues, so looking forward to some coding at christmas to catch up on my new SBC's and update the templates
